farm to fork - seasonal farm produce

Seasonal eating refers to the practise of consuming fruits, vegetables, and other food products that are harvested during their natural growing seasons. We practice this with the flowers we grow, the horticultural produce and meat we rear. We believe seasonal eating fosters a deeper connection to nature's rhythms and cycles. It encourages individuals to become more aware of what is available in their region throughout the year, cultivating an appreciation for the changing seasons and the diversity of foods they bring.

At Trevayne we foster relationships with local growers, farmers and butchers. Growing for our local area is key in our mission. We want to encourage diversity within the farm, enhancing the bio diversity of the area and supplying both local community and guests who visit with seasonal produce.

seasonal meat, salad & flower boxes are now available for local collection & guests.
